Support for the season of business you’re in and the one you’re stepping into.

GET TO KNOW TANIA

I’m not here to give you cookie-cutter advice or push my own version of success. I’m here to help you get clear on what you want, make decisions that work for your life, and grow a business that reflects your strengths, values, and goals.

You don’t have to change who you are to build a thriving business.

A lot of entrepreneurs think success comes from following rigid rules or fitting into a mold that doesn’t feel like them. But your best growth happens when you understand what truly matters to you and build from there.

My coaching is rooted in helping you sort through the mental clutter, reconnect with what’s actually yours, and make aligned decisions, so your business feels intentional, sustainable, and true to who you are now.

With nearly two decades of experience across marketing, branding, behavioural psychology, and entrepreneurship, I’ve seen firsthand what helps women move forward and what keeps them stuck. My background lets me support you from every angle: the strategy, the messaging, the identity work, and the practical steps that bring it all together.

It’s this combination of perspectives that helps you simplify what feels overwhelming, take action towards your goals, and build a business that supports your life, not the other way around.

A few things I know for sure (and how they shape my work).

  • Clarity is powerful.

When you understand what actually matters, the noise gets quieter and the next steps become obvious.

  • Your story is an asset, not a liability.

The experiences that shaped you also shape your work in the best way.

  • You already have good instincts.

My job isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to help you hear yourself again and trust what you already know.

  • Small shifts change everything.

Growth doesn’t have to be scary or exhausting. Sometimes a few intentional decisions move the needle the most.

  • Success without wellbeing isn’t actually success.

You deserve a business that leaves room for the rest of your life.

It all started with a desire for freedom.

Before I stepped into entrepreneur life, I spent years in a cycle of self-doubt. I always dreamed of running my own business, but I didn’t fully believe it was possible. So I moved from one corporate role to the next — flying under the radar, working for someone else, but always wanting more.

I wanted freedom.

I wanted meaningful work.

I wanted to support women in ways that actually made a difference.

And I wanted a business that fit into my life, not one that pushed everything else aside.

Photography was my first step toward that life. It showed me what was possible when I trusted myself and built something on my own terms. And as my work grew, so did the realization that many women were navigating the same identity shifts as me: motherhood, new seasons of life, new ideas and ambitions that didn’t fit into a neat corporate box.

Coaching became the natural next chapter. It allowed me to support women through the deeper work behind their business decisions: the clarity, the mindset shifts, the identity work, the strategy, and the steady support that helps them move forward without burning out.

And now?

I’m actually living the freedom I used to only hope for. My business lets me travel with my family for weeks at a time, pick my kids up from school, explore new places, and build my schedule around the life I want to live. I strive to walk the walk every day, and I’m committed to helping other women experience that same sense of spaciousness, clarity, and possibility in whatever way makes sense for them.

What it’s like to have a strategic partner in your corner:

“Working with Tania created such a positive domino effect in my business. She draws on her years of corporate marketing experience, her own business growth, and her behavioural psychology knowledge to help you move through anything keeping you stuck. I was adamant about wanting tangible, actionable strategy, and she delivered exactly that — in a way that felt thoughtful, grounded, and personal.

Tania is more than a coach; she’s a mentor and a true strategic partner with a calm, steady presence you can rely on. Every conversation felt meaningful, and it was clear she was invested in my success.

If you’re considering working with her, do it — she’ll help you untangle what’s overwhelming and grow in a way that actually works for you.”

Just for Fun

(because business should be fun!)

When I’m not supporting women in their business growth, you’ll usually find me:

Drinking an oat latte (probably while jotting down a new idea or thinking through a client strategy.)

Planning our next family adventure (because travel is one of the ways I stay inspired and grounded.)

Dancing in the kitchen with my husband and kids (a reminder that joy and connection matter just as much as productivity.)

A woman with long wavy brown hair, smiling, holding a closed silver laptop, wearing a beige blazer over a black top, in a modern office setting with a glass table and brown chairs.
A stylized, abstract flower with multiple rounded petals in a burnt orange color on a black background.

Sweating it out at the gym (because running a business while also raising two kids is a lot — and staying fit keeps me sane!)

Listening to a great podcast or getting lost in a book (and yes, psychological thrillers are still my favourite escape!)

Soaking up every bit of sunshine I can find (because Canadian winters are long and I’m always dreaming of somewhere warm.)

Are you ready for clarity and direction in your next season of business?

Let’s talk about what support could look like.
