Hey, I’m Tania! And I know exactly how it feels to carry a business on your own.
In the early days, I tried to figure everything out by myself. I held every idea, every worry, and every decision. And even when I was working hard, I wasn’t always moving forward. Kickoff Strategy Session + Business & Marketing Audit: Before we meet for our first call, I dig into your offers, pricing, marketing, and numbers. Then we kick off with a deep-dive strategy session to walk through what I found and set your priorities for our 4 months together.
1:1 Coaching Calls: Two 60-minute Zoom calls each month where we look at your goals and challenges, break things down, and create a plan that fits how you actually work.
Between-Call Support: Text and voice note support so you can clear confusion, talk through decisions, or regain momentum whenever you need it, not just during sessions.
Eyes On Your Business: Working on a launch plan, a sales page, new pricing, or an email sequence? Send it over between calls and get my strategist’s eyes and feedback on it, so you have a partner looking at the whole business with you.
Personalized Success Map & Action Plan: After each session, you’ll receive a simple, strategy-driven plan that outlines your priorities, next steps, and the reasoning behind them, so you always know exactly what to focus on.

1:1 Coaching Intensive
A focused 1:1 coaching experience designed to help you get unstuck, solve the challenge that’s been heavy on your shoulders, and leave with a clear plan, plus the accountability to actually put it into action.
Most coaching intensives are one call. You leave motivated, maybe a little overwhelmed, and then you’re on your own to figure out how to make the plan work in real life. I’ve been on the receiving end of that experience, and it’s just not enough.

Part One: The Deep Dive (60 minutes)
We start by going beneath the surface. Not just what the problem looks like, but what’s actually driving it. The strategy gaps, the mindset blocks, the decisions you’ve been circling. We get clear on what you’re working with, where you want to go, and what’s been standing in between you and the next step. By the end of this call, you’ll have a clear plan that’s actually built around how you think and work.
The Integration Window (2 weeks)
You take the plan into your real life and business. I’m available for voice note and text check-ins during this time, so if something comes up and you get stuck or need a sounding board as you start implementing, you’re not figuring it out alone.
Part Two: The Follow-Through (30 minutes)
This is the call that makes the difference. Two weeks in, we reconnect to review what’s shifted, troubleshoot what hasn’t, and refine the path forward based on what’s actually happening in your business, not just what we planned on paper.
