What a Business & Mindset Coach for Women Can Help You With
You're capable. You're driven. You've already built something real — so why does it still feel like you're pushing uphill?
Maybe you've hit a ceiling you can't quite name. Maybe you're still doing the side hustle dance — one foot in your 9-to-5, one foot in the dream — and you're exhausted from straddling two worlds. Or maybe things are technically "working," but something feels misaligned, like you're building someone else's version of success instead of your own.
If any of that sounds familiar, you might not have a strategy problem. You might have a strategy and a mindset problem — and that's exactly where a business and mindset coach for women comes in.
What Does a Business & Mindset Coach Actually Do?
A business and mindset coach works at the intersection of what you're doing and why you're holding back. It's not just about building a better marketing plan (though we absolutely do that). It's about dismantling the thoughts and beliefs that keep you playing small while you build it.
For women specifically, that intersection matters deeply. Many of us were conditioned to shrink, to over-deliver and under-charge, to wait until we're "ready enough" before taking up space. A coach who understands that dynamic doesn't just hand you a roadmap — she helps you become someone who can actually follow it.
In practice, that looks like working on:
Your business model and offers — Are they set up to grow, or are you reinventing the wheel every single month?
Your marketing and messaging — Does your content attract the right clients, or does it feel like shouting into the void?
Your revenue and pricing — Are you leaving money on the table because of fear, or are you pricing with intention and confidence?
Your mindset and identity — What limiting patterns are quietly keeping you stuck, even when you know what to do next?
Why I Became a Business & Mindset Coach
I didn't set out to be a coach. I set out to be a photographer.
In 2019, I started my photography business as a side hustle — a way to explore a creative outlet outside of my decade-long corporate marketing career and make a little extra money for my family. What started as family photography quickly evolved into something that genuinely lit me up: brand photography. It felt like the most natural extension of everything I'd spent years doing in marketing — except now I was helping female business owners show up with confidence, market their businesses, and make more money doing work they loved.
That last part matters to me more than I can overstate. I believe, wholeheartedly, that nothing bad happens when women make more money. It has always been at the core of why I do what I do.
When I decided I was ready to go all in — to pivot from family photography to branding full-time and eventually leave my corporate job — I knew I needed support. Not just someone who could hand me a checklist, but someone who understood both the strategy and the inner work. Someone who had done what I wanted to do and could help me get there faster, while also helping me break through the limiting beliefs and patterns that were quietly holding me back.
I hired my own coach in 2021. I then joined her group coaching program in 2022. And in 2023, I left my corporate job for good.
But it wasn't just the business results that changed things for me. It was the confidence. The clarity. The way I started showing up differently — in my business, in my decisions, in how I saw myself. I remember thinking: “this is what it feels like to have someone genuinely in your corner.” That experience didn't just help me build a business. It made me realize I wanted to be that for someone else. I wanted to help other women feel that same shift — to have a bigger impact, yes, but also to help the women I worked with have a bigger impact too. Because when women grow their businesses with confidence, the ripple effect is real.
Somewhere in that process, I started noticing something. Working closely with female business owners, I kept seeing the same patterns — the same fears, the same blocks, the same invisible ceilings — showing up again and again. I realized I wanted to help with that in a bigger way.
So I enrolled in The Midas Academy's coaching certification program — a program rooted in behavioural psychology and evidence-based tools for creating real, lasting change. I already had the marketing strategy, the business-building experience, and the real-world proof of concept. What I wanted next was the science behind why we stay stuck, and the tools to help clients break through it for good.
I didn't want to be another coach in an unregulated industry where anyone can print a title. I wanted to lead with integrity — and for me, that meant getting certified, getting educated, and showing up for my clients with both the strategy and the psychology to back it up.
Who I Work With
I work with two kinds of women, and honestly? They have a lot in common.
The side hustler going full-time. You've been building something on the side while holding down a job, and you're at the point where you know it's time to make the leap — but fear, strategy gaps, and self-doubt are making it feel impossible. You need both a plan and the belief that you can actually pull it off.
The established entrepreneur hitting a plateau. You've already done the hard part of getting started. You have clients, you have proof — but growth has stalled and you're not sure why. Often, it's equal parts strategy and the invisible stories you're telling yourself about what's possible.
If either of those is you, you're in the right place.
What I don't do is box you in by industry. I've worked with photographers, brand designers, coaches, yoga teachers, breathwork practitioners, marketing strategists, website designers, artists, content creators, and even a private chef. What they all had in common wasn't their niche — it was the desire to grow a business they're genuinely proud of, on their own terms.
If you're a woman running a business — or building one — we can work together.
How I Help: The Aligned Business Method
My approach to coaching is built around what I call the Aligned Business Method — the belief that sustainable success comes from aligning your strategy with your mindset, not choosing one over the other.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Strategy without mindset leaves you with a great plan you can't bring yourself to execute. You know what to do — you just can't get out of your own way.
Mindset without strategy leaves you feeling inspired but directionless. The belief is there, but the roadmap isn't.
The Aligned Business Method brings both together — so you leave our work with a clear path forward and the inner alignment to actually walk it.
Signs You Might Be Ready for a Business & Mindset Coach
You know what you should be doing, but keep self-sabotaging or procrastinating
You're undercharging and struggling to raise your prices even though you know you should
You're working hard but not seeing results that match your effort
You're ready to go full-time in your business, but can't seem to take the leap
You're hitting a revenue ceiling and can't figure out why growth has stalled
You feel like you're doing business on someone else's terms instead of your own
If you nodded at even one of those, it's worth having a conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a business coach and a mindset coach? A business coach focuses on strategy — your offers, marketing, revenue, and operations. A mindset coach focuses on the internal work — the beliefs, patterns, and behaviours that shape how you show up. A business and mindset coach works at both levels, because in most cases, the strategy and the inner work are deeply connected.
Do I need to have an existing business to work with a business coach? For my specific work, yes — I work best with women who already have something built, whether that's a side hustle they're ready to take full-time or an established business they're ready to grow. If you're still in the early ideation phase, I may not be the right fit yet, but I'm always happy to point you in the right direction.
How is your coaching approach different from other coaches? The biggest differentiator is the combination of real-world experience and formal training. I've built my own business from a side hustle to my full-time career. I have a decade of corporate marketing experience behind me. And I hold a coaching certification rooted in behavioural psychology through The Midas Academy — which means the tools I use aren't just intuition-based, they're evidence-based. I care deeply about integrity in an industry that doesn't require it.
What does the Aligned Business Method mean? It's the framework I've developed that combines business strategy with mindset work to help women build businesses that are both successful and sustainable. The core belief: you can't have lasting results with strategy alone, and inspiration without execution is just a nice feeling. Both matter. Always.
How do I know if I'm ready for a coach? If you're reading this, you're probably closer to ready than you think. The women I work with aren't waiting to be fixed — they're ready to grow. That's a very different energy, and it's the one that gets results.
